The Task

The client is a very successful pharmacist, businessman, and father. He was struggling to find diaper rash cream made from simple ingredients that are FDA approved and children safe. After many months of struggling, he decides to pursue making his own formula. His goal of coming to 52Launch was to find cheaper packaging and to establish branding for the product.

The Strategy

The strategy was to find factories that could produce a cost-efficient and airtight jar to hold babe ease, while simultaneously developing branding.

The Execution

After many iterations of jar designs and pricing quotes, we settled on a cost-efficient container that would be easy to brand while still feeling premium to parents who received it.

The Success

BabyEase is still new to the market but is doing fantastic selling through its own website and through Amazon.
