The Task

Nate Barbera and Desiree Stolar are Harvard graduates who went onto SharkTank to get Unshrinkit funded. After being backed by Mark Cuban, the company went on to blow up. They came to 52Launch hoping to get new packaging and decrease their price per bottle.

The Strategy

The plan was to source cost-effective packaging overseas while working with domestic chemists to mass-produce the formula.

The Execution

After designing and sampling many different packaging types, we settled on the classic Unshrinkit container. In addition, we found a cost-effective chemist to pass product the formula domestically, then package the product.

The Success

Unshrinkit sells dozens of units daily. It continues to save beloved sweaters from thousands of people all over the world.
