Our office is located in a converted historic mill property in Framingham, MA, just outside of Boston. Originally established in the 1800s as a woolen mill and later becoming the Roxbury Carpet Company in the 20th century, this vibrant complex now houses over 70 small businesses across 400,000 square feet of office, R&D, manufacturing, storage, wholesale, and retail spaces. Nestled on Central St, Concord St, and Watson Place, the mill features traditional timber framing, thick brick exterior walls, and large windows.

Conveniently located less than five miles from the intersection of the Mass Pike, Route 30, and Route 9, our office combines the charm of the past with the technology of the future. One-third of the property’s electricity is generated by on-site solar panels.
