The client came to 52Launch with a homemade prototype consisting of a dog leash tie out stake and a rope tied to a golf ball. Their goal was to develop the prototype into a product.

Our design team faced the challenge of balancing aesthetics with functionality. It was crucial to ensure that the ball stayed securely attached under the intense impact of a golf club.

A proprietary core was developed to permanently attach a rope to the golf ball, so it would never release. The core was also created to be indistinguishable from a standard golf ball. This helped to maintain the ball’s integrity and attachment while preserving a sleek and user-friendly design.
