  • The creator of Lava Lunch is the mother of two children who struggled with severe food allergies. Pre-made school lunches were not an option for her; she wanted her children to have a warm lunch while being healthy and safe. The client was stuck trying to find a manufacturer for the insulated bag and the patented Lava Rocks. We were able to source and manufacture both parts of the product to bring this product to market.

  • Creation of cost-effective designs that were manufacturable at mass quantity. Develop a brand image and marketing strategy.

  • After a long and thorough search, we found a set of manufacturers who could do both components of Lava Lunch, then assemble them before shipping. Since it was a complicated product, we worked with both manufacturers to bring down the minimum quantity in order to complete the first round of sales.

  • Due to the initial success and cost-saving efforts, the client was able to place a large production order and continue to grow the product. Currently, Lava Lunch sells a few hundred units every week on Amazon and has advertisement campaigns across social media.

Tough

The 3mm neoprene shell is tough enough to handle the daily commute and keep your food secure.

Lava Lunch’s founder is a momtrepreneur who wanted her children to have healthy and hearty meals when they were away from home. Due to restrictive diets, Lava Lunch’s founder was on a mission to provide her children with healthy and warm meals on the go. Home-cooked meals were the only feasible option for her children’s lunches but normal lunch totes didn’t sustain the delicious taste and warmth of home cooking.
