He draws from his extensive background as a serial entrepreneur, investment banker, and attorney. Joshua provides pragmatic advice and effective solutions for operating companies, asset managers, and VCs in the energy, finance, climate, real estate, and technology sectors. Joshua specializes in structuring and executing sophisticated transactions, strategic initiatives, commercial agreements, and ongoing business matters. He is passionate about helping companies and clients achieve their most important goals – from raising capital to growing their businesses and selling their companies or acquiring other companies.

Joshua’s experience includes leadership roles at several large New York law firms, where he led VC and Emerging Company Groups.

Before founding Soloway PC, he started his legal career at PwC New York, advising institutional investors and asset managers on fund structuring, corporate acquisitions, and investment transactions. He then served as Managing Director of Rainmaker Global’s New York office, growing it into the firm’s most profitable location. Joshua previously co-founded Ameritus Capital Group, an investment banking and financial advisory firm. Soloway Group now owns and operates several law firms, including its flagship Soloway Group practice and Willinger, Willinger & Bucci PLLC, allowing it to support clients from inception through exit across fundraising, employment, litigation, and commercial matters.
